Cancellation Policy
For the safety and scheduling integrity of our clients and personnel, we require that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to full charge. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed under a corporate or retainer contract.
